A short throwing spear, used as a shock weapon.

- Also crossbow. Consists of a bow attached to an arched stick. Is powerful, low-trajectoried weapon. Fires a bolt (a shorter arrow).
- Visor
- Protection for the eyes and face; a plate defence pivoted to the helmet - skull.
- Waster
- Also bavin or cudgel. Wooden practice sword.
- Jadagna
- Club made of ironwood; sometimes fitted with a stone or metal spike in the head.
