- Lance
- Typical weapon of a man-at-arms. Firstly a long (9 ft) spear but later developed into a heavier and even longer form unsuited for infantry.
- Longbow
- Archer’s weapon for launching arrows. Draws 30-36 inches and ranges over 300 yards. Very effective vs. unarmed enemies.

- Great bascinet
- Late 14th early 15th century version of the bascinet where the mail aventail was replaced with two steel plates, one in the front and one in back.
